What if You Get An Unemployment Benefits Denia
What is the first thing you do when you lose your job? You file for unemployment. Course, it all depends on if you lost your job due to layoffs, you got fired, or you quit. They look at all the factors when they decide if you will get benefits or not, and then you wait to get a letter. Finally, you get the letter you have been waiting for and it says unemployment benefits denial. I know you are disappointed, but it all depends on the reason you lost your job. If you lost your job because of the fact you got fired or you quit, then it is all on you and they are not going to reward you for those actions. If you lost your job because of a lay off then you will more than likely receive benefits. If you get a benefits letter, they will show you the unemployment benefits percentage you will receive. I am not saying, by any means, that if you got fired, or you quit, you wont receive benefits, but your chances of getting your benefits decrease allot. No one wants to file for unemployment and then get a letter saying unemployment benefits denial and then list the reasons. I know if your not working, you need any money you can get till you find another job to pay the rent and all the other bills you have. I dont know how they decide on the unemployment benefits precentage on how much you will get a month. I am sure they have some sort of table they have to go by. If you dont get unemployment, you can find a job while you look for maybe a better paying one. With the economy, you have to stay at any job, in order to survive, whether you like it or not. You have a family to think of and you have to try and do your best.
